Can't login after buying PC

I just bought a Custom PC. Afterwards i went to check my order however it is asking me to sign in, But i'v never made an account on the main site. Did my order go through? or do i need to make an account first?

You have to have created an account to buy a PC..?

At least i had to when i ordered mine..

I haven't made one, and it didnt ask me to when i bought the PC

It will have probably used your email address as the account login and it probably asked you to supply a password at some point, if it didn't ask you for a password I'd be surprised

He came through on livechat, I resent his email and his password to him and he got them through, he never received the first confirmation email with his password on so he didn't know he had an account, as far as I'm aware it's all sorted now, so should be fine
