Will be very intrigued by your findings on the water cooler, it's quite a clever design. If you fancy doing a review once you've got it?

I would strongly advise against that drive setup, though. RAID 0 only increases speed, at the cost of doubling the likelihood of a failure. It adds no redundancy at all. I'd strongly suggest just getting a single faster 2TB drive (like a 530 Firecuda). It will be faster, more reliable and cheaper.

(If you were going RAID 1, I could understand it, though I still wouldn't really agree, but RAID 0, especially with moderate-performance drives like the P41+, is pointless.)

Yeah thanks. Reading your post made me re-evaluate the drives I have gone for a single 4TB Firecuda.

I didn't even know RTX 4090 were made for laptops. The RTX 4090 I have in my desktop is huge. How big is the laptop version?

It's not a card in a laptop, it's just the GPU itself with VRM's etc

It's also an entirely different piece of silicon to the desktop variants.
