So thought it would be cool to collate any wonderful things you see come out of CES

This is the Noctua Edition of the 4080 this time, last generation they only did the 3070, so nice to see it on some higher model, although I HATE TO THINK what this is going to cost!

If I ever went to Vegas, I'd want to go during CES. I reckon I'd probably spend way too much time in casinos (which is the casinos plan all along to be fair), if I didn't have something else planned, and CES does look like it could be fun!

I wonder if it's easy enough to swap the original fans for black version, that would look very stealthy....

Not sure about this one....

This is the latest high end ROG Hyperion case from Asus, retailing for around $500!

Is it just me, or is it quite a dated design? I love the PSU shroud sliding across and the tool box and holder for screw driver. Also love the PSU.

But the case itself, especially at that price, just feels a little mundane and "old school"

On the flip side, this is the new Phanteks NV7 @$219 WITHOUT FANS which I think is pretty reasonable actually, keeping up with the Hyte Y60 model that PCS recently started stocking (which is rather pricey)

I love that Phanteks case. I didn't think I was into that style of more open case, but that's a thing of beauty!

Now this is really interesting, it's a concept currently for a fully modular case design from InWin who do some amazing designs.

The InWin ModFree

They're taking feedback from the community as to hat people would want to see included as options so sounds like this may be firthwr along than a pure concept

This is exactly what I want. A DIY case chassis to outfit as I like.

I've been trying to get a bench chassis for a while now and still not had any luck.

I know I'm a total geek here but I absolutely love the look of those fan bearings........ very purposeful.

I hate the colour scheme of Noctua though.

And you have to supply your own computer as well 😲

I think, as you have to supply the computer, the chair should be The Case.
Coming with a modular 1200W PSU and those cooling fans installed.
You then install your motherboard etc directly into the chair, on a slide out chassis, for access.
You'd probably want it to have plenty of room for future upgrades.
So a BIG open chassis. Adjustable GPU supports, to mount it in any configuration.
Same for cooler radiators, possibly even remote rad' mountings? Although that would mean lo-o-ong hoses 🤔
