Cheapest time of year to buy from PCspecialist?

I'm thinking of getting the Optimus V (15.6 inch model) but when would it be cheapest to buy it? I'm asking since I'm on a tight budget atm, and I've heard that laptops get cheaper around April when new graphics cards/processors etc are released so older components become cheaper. I'd like to buy it as soon as possible but am willing to wait (since it isn't urgent)

Specs I'm considering:
1TB Hard drive
i5 4210m processor
8GB RAM
Arctic extreme conducity compound

No time is really the cheapest, new components tend to launch into the same price brackets as the older stuff and something new is always round the corner.

If you have the money to buy the spec now then id advise doing it, waiting wont make it cheaper. it may just end up that the chassis you want goes end of line and is unavailable as new processors are launched.
