What will you be using the PC for and do you have a budget.
If not overclocking the triple copper heatpipe cooler will ber fine,also I would change the ram to 1600MHz.
If planning on gaming a better case would be beneficial.
 
my budget is 600-700£ for gaming pc, and dont tell me crazy stats they will be too expensive just one gaming pc with budget without os inside

hmmmm there will be any difference if i take different cooler and amd gpu? or nvidia still better than amd?

You can take any cooler but the AMD CPU cooler will be fine, the triple copper will be more quiet but any corsair cooler is overkill/not essential unless you want to overclock your CPU. Both nvidia and AMD are good but the gtx 760 is better than the HD 7870.
