Unless you are planning on overclocking (which I suspect you're probably not given a comment in your thread somewhere else in he forums), the i7-2600 would be a better choice than the i7-2600k CPU, since the 'k' variants are meant for overclocking.

I second Rakk's comment, you might even be able to get away with the 2500 as the performance difference between 2500 and 2600 is minor.

Also the sabertooth is a bit overkill, save some pennies and either drop it to the P8P67 Pro or even the Standard P8P67, the only differance is less expansion slots and sli/crossfire support but if you dont plan on upgrading your PC much or adding a second graphics card just go for the standard P8P67 and save some money.
