I already placed this order but I'm a little worried about the RAM as its rated at 1.65v and not 1.5v. I heard this can shorten CPU life if it's too high?

I need a mobo that has 1 or 2 esata ports too. Will the P8Z77-V have them? As the case I chose has 2 slots for eSata.
