Christmas Delivery query

I think just before Christmas they probably do have people working over the weekend due to the large rush that normally occurs (weekends are not normally counted as working days).update - I have went into Building stage today. Didnt think weekends counted, but good news anyway. I also swapped in the Corsair H100i cooler yesterday as it finally looks like it's back in stock
Hopefully testing will go smoothly and it'll be dispatched soon

I ordered my pc on the 30th of November and it has been 15 working days yet it is still in pre-production. The estimated delivery from PCS says it should be dispatched by the 21st of November. Does anyone know if they could still dispatch it by this date even though it is still in pre-production?

Did you mean December? Because going back in time is a trick that even the tech heads at PCS haven’t managed to figure out.

Yeah, it's completely normal. It is possible to build, test and await dispatch for a build.
EDIT: I've only yesterday got notice of my PC being built, and today tested and dispatched.
I made my order on the 18th of November and despite recieveing an email a couple days ago that my orders estimated build date was the 17th of November I have not detected any changes on the website itself. Therefore I would just assume that there is a large number of orders compared to the normal christmas period but I am unsure about the updates. Any information about this would be appreciated.

Mine is still stuck in building since yesterday morning.
Apparently it’s waiting for a testing slot....(what I was told on the Live Chat.
nope, still in building also. I'm assuming im a day behind you for a testing slot. I bet yours will go into testing/dispatch on monday and mine will be tuesday.

I'm suprised I managed to make that mistake yes of course I meant 18th of November and 17th of December I will make sure to screenshot it this time 😂

Was busy this morning and didn’t have a chance to give you an update.
Mine actually blitz through testing and QC this morning, and awaiting for dispatch now.
Looks like they will probably be with us sooner than we expected. 😆🤞🏻

I believe Calvej6 ordered within the minutes of the 3060Ti released on this site and I changed my order from the 1660 Super to the 3060 Ti within the first hour of release too.
We aren’t sure how exactly PCS operates with stocks, especially with these pre-order items.
Best way to find out is just to wait it out and see if you get sent an email that some parts are out of stocks and asked you to change things to speed up the build.
Ordered on 7 december i dont want to change i think need to wait on January?
