Cleaning inside the desktop

I've got a closed case Fractal Define 7 case but it needs a little clean inside. There was a post on here to a 'vacuum' cleaner, which looked like a mini hair dryer. I can't find the post but does anyone know what it was or recommend something similar to clean inside desktops?

Just a thing to mention, I recently saw a Linus Tech Tips video on using generated airflow to clean internally.

If cleaning fans, don't let them spin with the airflow, hold them in place. Otherwise the spin can actually generate current and send it back through to the motherboard and blow the port. Also, it can make the fan spin at higher RPM than it's rated for and break the bearings.
