Clueless about Laptops

Hi,
A friend of mine wants to run Total War: Warhammer on a laptop, are there laptops beefy enough to run this and if so how much do they go for?

Warhammer specs below if it helps...

Approx £600-£1900 depending on which side of the FPS he wants to end up on. All very doable with a laptop system though.

The £1900+ option will play just about anything at high quality as it has the GTX980 desktop GPU in it.
