My PC Specs are

Every day at some point the screens get disconnected and I have to restart the PC graphics drivers are updated and all drivers too!

Temperatures are fine and pass GPU and CPU tests.

The monitors I use are below.

I also get FPS and input lag in games and some screen tearing.

Please help.

Did you order this with or without Windows and what version?

Have you ensured there are no Windows updates to be installed?

Check your Device Manager for any yellow triangles or uninstalled objects?

When I watch streams on twitch TV I get this quite often also

It is, you said you ordered without windows, they're not gonna take time to install and configure software when you've not paid for software or support are they? and the fact that it's not working is your confirmation that it's not setup correctly.

They only configure systems when you pay for windows.

But aside from that, the PSU is not enough for the system, nor is the case, and that cooler is nowhere near powerful enough for the CPU so performance is never going to be very good unfortunately.

I have updated everything, I am using Windows 11.

I am a big multi-tasker I use 2 monitors one to game the other to watch YouTube at the same time. The games are WoW and Starcraft 2 it should run on max settings no? It just freezes, cuts out, or blue screens. I have reinstalled drivers nothing helps please advise.

What make and model are the monitors? Which do you use as your gaming monitor?

As we’ve highlighted before, cooler is nowhere near enough for the CPU, the PSU as well is too small and you need a better case, you also likely haven’t installed windows? I’m afraid that’s just not going to work without quite a lot of money spent.

Did you ever properly reinstall W11 after your last issues (where you bought an online key and just activated the test version that your system came with?

Yeah honestly mate you've taken the hottest running CPU on the market one known for literally warping itself with the heat generated and paired it with the cheapest CPU cooler available. That's not going to work

It's not PCS job to advise you on the build unless you specifically call them for advice. They're a system integrator, they just put together what the customer orders. You're expected to understand what you're ordering or seek advice if you don't.

It's not PCS responsibility I'm afraid.

Yes, entirely. Not based in actual fact. It's 750w minimum for that GPU, but those who understand hardware you would never build to minimum specs anyway.

PCS assume you know what you're buying, to them you could be ordering the cheapest cooler because you have sourced your own cooler that you'll install for example

As for the PSU you should read up on transient spikes, the idea is to have overhead as well so the PSU isn't running flatout at all times wearing itself out and generating heat. You wouldn't want to car running constantly at high revs same principle for the PSU
