Control center 2.0 language issues

Hello, I bought a Lafité Serie, with the Control Center 2.0 software installed.
The language of the software is in Asian language, I can't find where to put it in English or French.
I can't change the ventilation mode that starts at any time.
Can you help me?

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

If it's just CC that's in an Asian language and Windows is in English, then download the English version of CC, uninstall the current version and install the English one.

What’s the model number?

You just have to install the English version of the application you’ve installed.

Select the model no in the top dropdown on that link, then in the bottom dropdown select other, and hit go, in the resulting list scroll down to the latest version you can find of the CC, then click the europe link, once downloaded extract it and run the setup ensuring you've uninstalled the existing version
