Control Center won't start

I own Ionico 17 with 5900HX and 3070.
I was annoyed that every time I woke up my laptop the keyboard lights reverted to default colors, so I decided to "update" the Control Center version. I downloaded v3.1.41 and installed it (installator first asked me to uninstall previous version). After restart the app is not starting. I am stuck with default settings for everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.

EDIT: before someone asks - downgrading to previous version does not work either.
event the shortcut created with CreateShortcut/CreateShortcut.exe creates shortcut without icon which does not start anything.

This version is from https://hyperbook.pro/sklep/support/Pulsar V15-V17 Zen R9 5900HX/
hyperbook is just polish reseller as I understand it. tbh I wasn't even able to find any downloads on PCspecialist website...
but I assume obviously hyperbook has nothing to do with this software right? Even when I'm starting my laptop I see PC Specialist logo.

I can try to install the Control Center from PC specialist if you provide me the download link.

I don't have that, like I said it was ordered thru hyperbook - which is a PC specialist reseller in poland. but it's the same PC - Ionico 17. So if I contacted them obviously they would pass the issue to PC specialist anyway.

You'd need to register it with PCS, that all then give you access to an online account with your drivers.

You can't use another SIs version of Control center as it will be made for their own bios.
