Cool, quiet and BIG

I would be interested in a machine that runs cool and quiet, can be used as a media/file server and HTPC. Obviously, not a gaming rig, but HTPC+Home server into one?

1. Has a low powered S/T series Ivy Bridge processor (I5 3550S -65W, I73770T - 45W!!!)
2. A nice quiet cpu cooler (Noctua NH-C14, with ULNA)
3. Quiet case with acoustic foaming (Silencio series perhaps?)
4. Passively cooled graphics card (AMD 6400 series?)
5. Motherboard with lots and lots of SATA and RAID 5
6. Hard drives - 1 ssd for the OS, a standard HD for work files (downloads and the like :) ), and 3-4 high capacity 2/3TB drives in RAID 5 for storage/media/file server
7. A quiet PSU that can power up all these drives

I would give pcs a call mate, see wht they can offer, i'm not very clued up on raid setups, so wouldnt know wht to suggest.

But you may have to send in ya own cooler, as pcs dont offer the NOctua NH-c14, so buy somewhere and send it to pcs, but discuss this with pcs beforehand to make sure everything is compatible.
