Hello, I've noticed something odd my corsair commander pro is not showing up on ICUE I never realised it was meant to be there before, Does anyone know any solution to connecting i? I've updated ICUE to the max, I've done one to many off and on agains, I have also seen that it could be worth moving the cable connected to the RGB hub to another port, which i don't seem to have any spare? I have taken it out the back in but unfortunately that didn't help. Any suggestions would be apricated :)

Can you post your full specs?

There's so many factors that can influence it.

Do you have any motherboard RGB software installed?

Are any other devices being picked up in iCue?

That comes with a Commander Core, not a Commander Pro. The core won't appear as an item in ICUE, you should just see the Cappellix listed and be able to control the RGB of any fans connected to the Commander Core, and control fan and pump speeds.

Can you share a screenshot of your ICUE homepage/landing page?
I currently trying to plug in a ML140 and its seems I need access to the Commander Core To connect it?

That all looks good in ICUE. To add the new fan, you need to connect its PWM cable and RGB cable into the Commander Core (assuming it has spare ports) and then it will appear in ICUE, once you click on the Capellix image in the above screenshot.

I have plugged the cable which states ' To rgb hub' into the Core. and also the Fan into the original Coolermaster Port. Its running fine. But it is not detected nor displaying any rainbow goodness yet :(.
