Corsair H100I LCD flipping display

Hiya!
Not really sure what to write here, I got my computer yesterday and about 3-4 times my LCD has gone into some strange flipping frenzy, it still reads the correct information, and not once have I been doing the same thing each of the times it has begun. The only applications I've installed ontop of what was provided is the ASUS Armory Crate, Steam and chrome.
Here's a video
If I go to iCUE and attempt to change what's on the display, the entire display goes black. If I continue to fiddle with different displays sometimes a glitched version of the display will appear with no information displayed on it. I can try to capture a video of that if neccesary.
There are no updates available for it and it seems the only fix is a restart!
The ram and cooler fans seem to continue as normal

Thanks in advance

Is the firmware on the cooler up to date?

It may be a dodgy connection on the pump head, make sure it's firmly in place.

Also, iCue and Armory Crate don't play nice together, once you've got armory crate the way you want it, it's best to uninstall it IMHO

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what armory crate does, it seems iCUE can control everything and is much easier to use... also doesn't force registration!
I had a windows key ready and a USB installer prepared for when the PC arrived, but it came with windows already installed which said it was for testing purposes unless I had a key, I input my key as it seemed well setup and didn't want to faff around... as they say, if it's not broke, don't fix it!
iCUE shows no updates available, although it did update yesterday, I'm wondering if this could be an issue related to that update.
Also, on the subject of keeping the pre-installed OS while having no OS selected on the build configurator, there's loads of processes i've never seen before, then again, I've been running my PCS Vortex IV from 2013 until now. Screenshot should be attached.
Unless there's any reason for me to keep it, I'll uninstall armory crate, I had a quick look around and don't see anything it can do that iCUE cannot.
I can't see a user account called UFMD-0 so I'm interested where that's running from, but i've never seen so many processes running on a clean install!
No AMD hardware installed so I don't know what amdfendrsr.exe is, and using https://github.com/hellzerg/optimizer and https://github.com/10se1ucgo/DisableWinTracking I have pretty much disabled and uninstalled Edge (pressing Win and typing edge returns no results, iexplore is still available for legacy programs), so I'm not sure what all those are doing there either! Of all the Win10 machines I have used I've never seen msedgewebview2.exe
Only applications running at time of screenshot was Steam, GF experience and iCUE
Really appreciate the help though! Planning to give PCS a call on Monday, I'd much rather have a crack at sorting this myself than lose my new pride and joy for a few weeks on an RMA

(please excuse the lazily and hastily stitched together mspaint screenshot) :)

You can't use the test windows as it's not configured and you'll face instability down the road. A clean install is always the best way.

Not iCue itself, but firmware on the cooler?

There will be from all the test stuff, as said, you shouldn't use the test windows.

How do I access that? I've had a pretty decent root around anything I can access on windows or the bios

Oh dear haha, already installed around 650gb of games but I guess I'll hop to reinstalling tomorrow. At least I've already a USB key with the windows installer on it!
I suppose I'll run a fresh install and see if this issue persists! Thanks so much! I know you're just a volunteer but you should get paid! Truly doing the lords work.
I'll return to this thread if the issue crops up again after a fresh install

Also... any idea if my Window$ key will work on a fresh install since I've put it into this test install?

Within iCue, you go into the device and check for firmware updates

But it's likely the test windows may be causing problems with iCue and other things.
Start with a clean install.

That's why most on here would recommend a 2-3 drive set-up, as you can keep the OS on a smaller, very fast m.2 SSD and the games/launchers on a 2nd, larger, less fast SSD (m.2 or SATA). Then if you have an issue with Windows, you don't lose all your games.

I've reinstalled windows now, I had to go and find the drivers myself as the support page on PCS for my order showed no drivers available...
I installed everything from ASUS website, but the motherboard isn't appearing in iCUE now, and the lights on it are off.
Anybody have any ideas what I've missed here?

PCS do t supply drivers for PCs, you use Windows update to configure drivers apart from chipset and Nvidia which you download direct

I would say that this looks like a bad connection to the LCD pump head more than anything else, it's certainly worth checking everything is plugged in securely before you go any further.
