Cosmos 2 Screen Problem

Ok, so the screen cosmos 2 cracked and i bought a replacement, when i installed the replacement there were lots of horizontal lines flickering all across the screen. I sent it back because i thought the screen was faulty and purchased one from elsewhere and after installing that one i found it had the same problem. Is there anything else that could be causing it?

Looks like the connection for the display may be faulty or not connected properly. That could potentially mean the fault is on the motherboard and therefore only fixable with a replacement motherboard.

Only things I can suggest is to double check and make sure its fully connected, possibly make sure there's isn't dirt or something in the socket and also test with an external display using HDMI or VGA to make sure the issue isn't with the GPU.

So i just started looking around display settings and changed the refresh rate which fixed my problem. Thanks for your suggestions though, i appreciate it.
