Cpu fan at 10630 rpm how do i fix?

My Cpu fan is running at 10630 rpm and is really loud all of a sudden everything else seems fine excpet this fan. How do i fix?

Yes it is a pc specialist system
The cpu is the problem it is at 90 to 100 degrees
Amd Ryzen 5 2600x six core cpu
Asus prime a320m-k: micro-atx,am4,usb 3.0,6gb/s
8gb corsair vengeance ddr4 2400mhz
4gb nvidia geforce gtx 1650 super
1tb seagate barracuda 120 2.5” ssd
thermaltake v200 2.0 tempered glass rgb edition gaming case

Is it because of the Cpu being at 90 degrees
Yes, that's far to hot, is that while it's under load? It shouldn't be anywhere near that hot.

Have you done anything with the cooler, have you removed it from the CPU at any time?

no i haven’t removed anything i have only taken off the tempered glass to check and that’s it. On bios it says the cpu is at 40 degrees but on other apps such as speccy it says that it’s around 80-90 sometimes even 100

Ah, which reading are you taking from speccy? Can you upload a screenshot?
