CPU Temp and FPS Overlay Gaming?

I'm wondering if you guys know of any programs that will overlay fps and cpu temps while gaming and preferably allow you to change the positioning and font of the overlay?

Not sure about overlaying temps but fraps will overlay fps and you can change where the reading will show on screen.

Not keen on Fraps, as I find the bright yellow really obtrusive.

Real Temp is nice, but I don't see a way to overlay the temp in-game
