CPU Temp Ramping Up

Hi All

I've had my PC Specialist built PC for 3 years now (just out of warranty) and my CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT) temp seems to be sitting around 60Degrees when idle and under minimum load (1%) - sometimes inexplictly everything ramps up and the temp pops up to 80 degrees.
I've got a 'PCS FrostFlow 240 Series RGB High Performance Liquid Cooler' - the fans certainly seem to still be running and pulling air in, look to be free of dust...

I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do..Looking for advice on steps i can take - trying to avoid buying a new CPU cooler but think that is where im heading with more thermal paste...

Hiya, can you copy your full specs from the order page?

Does sound like the cooler has failed and likely needs replacing

Given the symptoms, that cooler is well suited for the processor, so with normal operation at die temps should be maybe high 30s.

I would suggest the pump has failed unfortunately.
