Hi all,
I purchased a PC from here two years ago and it has worked perfectly. However After playing the Witcher 3 my PC began to crash and hard freeze. Upon testing on other games I found that my other DX11 games were crashing too. I began to get 'DXGI device removed' errors on Dying Light. I cleaned out and reinstalled the drivers multiple times to no avail.
I then tested the RAM through the windows diagnostic and found nothing. Likewise I ran Prime95 for 20 minutes with no issues. Upon running 3DMark under the fire test it crashed and said 'DXGI error device hung'. So I'm thinking this is a graphics card error now.
Any Advice?
