I am incredibly frustrated with the standard of customer support I have/am receiving from PC Specialist. I have had various problems with the PC that I ordered from the company, but that is not my gripe.
On trying to call the customer support line, it often takes a while to get through, and I am not in a position where I am able to sit on hold for periods of time.
When you do finally get through, the customer support team don't actually do what they say they are going to, and so you end up having to call back and chase them up.
Online support, (today answered by someone I know to have previously been on the technical side of the business) are unable to help unless you want to spend more money.
I really feel, that this company has taken my money thank you very much, and now I just have to get on with it.
