I am looking for a respectable computer in the range of 1000 1200 that will be able to play next-gen games with ease. I have picked out a computer but my knowledge ends very quickly as i'm still a pre-noob at computers. I didn't add a GPU as I already have a GTX 780.

Any advice ?

That CPU isn't unlocked for overclocking, therefore you don't need the liquid cooling, you only really need the quiet air cooler.
Other than that the only change I would consider would be a larger psu to give enough capacity for a second gtx780 in sli.

The h100i is overkill for the CPU you have chosen. If you are planning to sli you will need to upgrade the PSU.
Edit: what bigben said :)

Thanks for the help it's much needed. As for CPU cooler can you recommend one and can you tell me if I would be able to use two monitors with just one 780 ?

You could get the triple copper heatpipe that would be totally fine for your uses. A single 780 can easily drive two monitors.
