I am awaiting delivery f my Vortex 3 at the moment and have been told that with my fast track it should be here by Saturday ( i upgraded postage to cover Saturday delivery). If it is not delivered on Saturday but Monday fr example will my money be refunded for Saturday delivery?

If you book it in for Saturday delivery but it doesn't get finished in time for collection by DPD on Friday, then on Saturday if you call PCS they can revert to back to normal delivery and you will be refunded, if you don't call them then it will stay on Saturday delivery conditions and not be delivered til the following Saturday.

If it gets dipatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday and DPD fail to deliver, then PCS will go and chase DPD, tell them off and get I think you would get a refund on teh Saturday charges as well.

We would refund you for the fast track service and you would then confirm if you would want us to delivery the parcel for the next Saturday or change the service to Monday ~ Friday.
