Desktop just arrived, does this look alright?

My PC arrived today, just wanted to check that this looks alright. The processor cooling fan isn't exactly flush with the other side, it looks like the foam had pushed it out of place? It's pointing towards my rear fan though, so I wasnt sure if it was intentionally supposed to be like that.

That looks wrong to me. One of the sets of fins looks bent out of place, they both should be in contact with the fan. Get on to PCS straight away, unfortunately it will probably have to be returned.

100% agreed, looks bent to me. Give PCS a call (definitely call as opposed to email etc. for the fastest response).

Yes you're right as it look's like the blue expanding bag must have caught one of the top heat pipes and forced it away from the fan, so sorry but as Steaky360 has mentioned a quick call to us and we shall get it sorted for you.
