Any issues people see?

What are you going to be using the PC for?
16GB RAM may be overkill unless you're going to be using high RAM usage software such as rendering/video editing programs.
Also is there any reason youve picked RAM with that high a speed?

Video Rendering will be one thing it will be doing, not the only thing. Mainly this pc will be used for all my hobby activities, my work is kept away from my play. (I work in IT for my sins). This pc will be mainly for gaming and video editing mainly of game play and found my old pc did notice the 8 to 16gb upgrade i did 8 months back. Probably don't need the high speed, but the price difference was minimal, and saving on not replacing my GPU's at the present time, so thought i might as well get the 2133 memory, means I won't be wanting to replace it in the future.

16GB may be useful then :)

Though the higher speed memory tends to be less stable and unless you're overclocking you may see little difference anyways, so I'd suggest dropping down to the 1600MHz stuff, unless you know you'll really benefit from the 2133MHz.

Ok I will probably drop the memory speed down, as no I am not overclocking, from what i seen the ivybridge really isn't happy with OC'ing much, and I rarely do it anyhow.

Only other consider i got is the case, from some of the reviews I read the side fan can have issues with hitting cpu heatsink, anyone got one of these cases tell me if thats likely to be an issue or not?

With the 2 560 Ti 1GB graphic cards, 2 smaller SSD (60gb OCZ Vertex 2) for O/S, and there is a 1tb for data and app's. Probably upgrade the GPU's in 12 to 18 months time but we will see. they doing a good job at present so decided to leave replacing them for the time being.

So now i just get to sit and wait tomorrow morning for my new toy :).
