Difference between Cosmos II and the Optimus V?

Can someone please explain the difference between Cosmos II and the Optimus V?

The optimus V is full HD (1080p) and has a better graphics card than the Cosmos II.

Could I follow up on this? Is the Optimus better build quality than the Cosmos? I saw a reference on here that Optimus is an upgrade to a Cosmos. If it is, why?

The Optimus has two HDD support (without forsaking the ODD), a better GPU and a better screen as standard. The 15.6" version of the Optimus has been upgraded with a backlight as well.

Thank you for that. I was attracted to the Optimus for the two HDD support. The backlight was a nice touch but I doubt I would ever use it in total darkness when it becomes more of a benefit than just cosmetic. I haven't carried out a full study, but it seems the Optimus has more problems on the forums than the Cosmos, so I will probably go for that.
