Download is not showing up in the correct file type

I have this problem where I want to download the file should be in folder form and inside it's showing up as text document.This happens for all downloads that I know that should be in folder form
This should be downloading in a File and not the text document format.


I'm using:
Windows 7 Professional
Firefox(As browser)

Not sure what you're asking? That's a zip file, and inside is a text document?

If you don't have winzip then you might not be able to open it. Although I thought all windows PC's came with a basic form of winzip.

Try to right click the file once you download it and open with winzip (if you have it) or another 'zip' program (like WinRAR)

Yeah, it's built in to win 7, just right click and select extract all.
