It's a legacy device so drivers should be contained within windows. May be worth uninstalling the dvd drivers, then reinstalling your chipset drivers first, then reinstalling the dvd drive on restart.
Just download the 01 package and run it, if it says drivers are already installed go ahead anyway.
Still didn't work. However...
After following online instruction..
I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} and deleted the data under UpperFilters and it's working
