Welcome to our forums :)

Installing a new hard drive is perfectly possible in this system, however as there is less room it's a little more fiddly than a large open desktop tower case.

Thanks, that's good to know. Is there a manual/guide for the hush mini PC?

We don't provide a guide to installing a new hard drive as the cases are not designed for retail customers - they're made for us to manufacture into.

Understood. But I was just after a bit more detail on the steps required to replace the PCS Hush PC's hard drive?

I'm hoping I wouldn't have to remove the processor's heat sink and fan, for example!

You would only need to take the case cover off (although quite fiddly) and unscrew the hard drive. Not easy for the average person to do, but anybody who's got patience should be able to do it. Alterntively you could just raise an RMA request or pay for an upgrade order.
