The admin might want to check their mailserver as apperently it's missing a PTR record in DNS (RDNS) or at least thatwas the reason my spam filter gave for throwing the forum activation email in it in the Quarantine.

Indeed a reverse lookup on the IP the email appears to have come from does fail with NXDOMAIN.

That looks more like a (probably local) DNS issue rather than PCS's mail server.
