Hi there.
I purchased a Genesis III laptop a few weeks ago which has a Core i5-2520m processor.
According to the processor specification on Intel's website this processor supports vt-x (hardware virtualisation).
However, when I am trying to boot in a virtual machine using Oracle VirtualBox when using more than one processor core it is failing to boot. If I specify to use a single core, the virtual machine boots no problem.
I have googled the error message and I need to enable virtualisation in the BIOS but I can find no option to allow me to do this.
