Enigma II Laptop Power Adapter Tip Size?

Hi,

I've had my Enigma II for a while now but the adapter broke the other day. I got a replacement sent from PCSPECIALIST but it turns out that the tip is too small (lengthways) to fit securely into the laptop. Apparently it's a problem they've had before but they don't have any other replacements. I therefore have to go and buy a generic replacement, however I can't find any details of the tip size - diameter inside and outside, and I want to make sure I order the right one as I'm in desperate need of my laptop for work. So if anyone can help me that would be great.

If there's any computer store nearby, I would recommend to go there and take your laptop with you. I've done so in the past and they had a range of tip sizes, it was only a bit of trial and error to find the correct one.

Another idea is to buy an adapter which supports multiple tips, I know a brand called innergie supplies adapters with multiple replacable tips, though I'm not sure about the quality of the adapters. Or... maybe someone else here can give you the exact tip size for the Enigma II? Still my safest bet would be to go to a computer store.
