To add, my RGB lights on my RAM aren't lit up at the moment...

That appears to be a component of Armory Crate which is the motherboard software that controls lighting.
Can you post your full specs from the order page so we can see what we're dealing with?

I would uninstall Armory Crate, reboot, and then reinstall it.
Make sure you run the installer as administrator (right click, run as administrator):
The RAM you've ordered isn't RGB.

Re: RGB RAM - Well I look stupid now! I knew I forgot to amend that when I was swapping the graphics card over.
