Presuming you are topping out your budget already then it would play the game as long as you are not expecting ultra settings.

if possible a six core amd or quadcore intel + a dedicated GPU like a 750ti or 260x would be a better bet.

Is ETS2 the only game you are going to play on this machine? To save some money you could get Ubuntu instead of Windows which is a free OS that is compatible with ETS2. Ubuntu is generally a bit more difficult to set up compared to Windows and not as user friendly.

And yes that wireless card will access your wireless internet although I recommend the next wireless card up which will provide a stronger signal strength and therefore improved speeds.
