External Hdd Advice

Been sometime since been on here pc is 2 years old and brill never hdd no probs will be getting a new one next year this is not a problem I have just need bit of advice.
I asked for a external hdd for my birthday thinking family just give me money not having a clue what to get they got

and already have this one the older one be year old want to add it to my pc as internal hdd may be have some games on it do u see this as a prob

Most of the time the external hard drives are just normal harddrives with some kind of power/usb interface. Looks like its a SATA hard drive. If you take it out of the enclosure (bearing in mind you'll lose whatever warranty it has) you should be able to put it into your computer as you like.
