I’m looking to get extra ram for my daughter’s gaming pc and I’m not sure what I’m looking for. Any advice would be appreciated

Any DDR4 (2400 MHz) will be okay to add to this PC.
I have this same PC and added these sticks: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00S51XHUQ/
No it won't...unless that happens to be the same, extremely slow 2400MHz DDR4 that is already in there? Otherwise you'll just slow down the other RAM to the slowest speed.

OP, are you looking to add to what you've already got, or replace the sticks you've got with larger ones?

Either way, can you post your full spec from your account, so that we can see what it came with originally (and if you bought it from Curry's you'll have to call PCS to register it to get access to your online account, and for any support here.

If this is a PCSpecialist PC, then y can go into your account and see what upgrades are offered…and then choose whether you buy from PCS, or get them elsewhere.
