So,
Im Buying the coolit eco ALC somthing (it's £99 lol )
And i was wondering, after seeing another persons post.
What Fans should i replace the Supposedly Noisy Fan with,
And what Parts would i need (Eg. a splitter)
I Don't really want to spend alot. But if a push-pull config is a MUCH better system, then im in, lol

Thankyou :)

Its a different story for everyone when it comes to these push pull configs as for some, they dont work or soo little but for some others it works well.

You should check and see what the ambient temps in your room are like.

I dont know what you could replace it with but im using the noctua ones which you have seen. to be honest with you the rad stock fan(s) are really quiet and you could barely hear it so dont know why its noisey for some.

not sure how the long rad on the for the eco is like as i own the short rad but it shouldnt be too different. If you want to add the ppc then you will need something like a 4 way cpu fan splitter like this one to connect up the 4 fans. or you can controll it through a fan controller but you will have to manually adjust the speeds yourself.

thats all you need if you want the config but you may have to hunt for the screws as coolit does not provide any or any additional info on the push/pull config.

Just get a decent fan that isnt too fast and must be even or you will bottleneck the rad along with the airflow :)

If you are going to actually change the fans, you want to get some that warrants the change, general consensus in the WC world are 2 sets of fans which do the business, one is budget (Yate loons), but performs very well and one is the servo powered Scythe Gentle typhoons (which i have on my custom 360 rad in push pull, the info you are looking for is the fin density on the rad and the CFM of the fans, the higher the CFM the better, but also static pressure.

Heres some links to the fans im on about

Also dont forget, never underestimate a good fan controler, then you can ramp up the RPM when needed and keep it quiet at any other time!

Could you please give me a link for amazon, i don't trust Ebay (Scammed Over £100)

And When i mean the links, could you send me the links for everything needed, and would 1 fan work? Asin just to replace the "noisy" fan?
Thanks :)

P.s Thinking about the Akasa Apache Black Fan.
