Fan running loud all the time while playing games

Recently converted from Console to PC. Been living the new PC specs are below. However while playing a game like World of warships, whenever I'm in the port or in games the fans are running rather loud.
I thought they were meant to come on when computer hot cool it down and then stop after it cooled.
PC sit in a alcove with 1 foot space on the fan intake and just over half a foot on the fan going out

Can anyone help or suggest why fans are running so loud, 3 intake fans and 1 large out fan?

The case fans will be on all the time and run at a constant speed.

The CPU fan will always be on, and can vary in speed.

The GPU fans will usually be off when the GPU is under very low load (i.e. your desktop), while almost any gaming load will cause the fans to run.

The CPU and GPU fans will run at a speed according to how hot that particular component is - which equates to how much work it's having to do.

A loading screen might put less load on the GPU and those fans will be quieter. Part of the game might be particularly demanding on the CPU, and the CPU fan will therefore be louder.

The stock AMD CPU cooler is decent, but it's not particularly quiet as fans go. And most GPUs under heavy gaming load will be fairly audible.

What do you mean by the PC being in an alcove, exactly? Even if the PC has 12" of empty space in front and 6" behind, which isn't a massive amount of space, if the overall airflow in the area isn't great then the PC will end up heating the air around it and trying to cool itself with its own warmed-up air.

You could try monitoring temperatures on the CPU and GPU, and running benchmarks like Firestrike. If temps are super high, and/or performance is low, it could indicate a problem with the cooling. Otherwise it might just be normal +/- the effect of the PC being in an alcove / somewhat enclosed space, potentially.

The attached pdf show the computer position.
While gaming the CPU and memory usage is very low 14-20% CPU, and 40% memory, however GPU running at 100% could his be the cause for the fan going?
Will run firestrike to test the temperature off the system. Have brought a small fan to help the air flow into the system.
