OK - doesnt seem to be any issues in the Device Manager.

What temperatures are showing re CPU under normal usage - I think you had something to monitor temps last time.

Do you have the name of the Controller software that PCS have on that laptop - my laptop uses GamingCenterU but not sure what yours has.

What files do you have in those zipped PCS files - are you able to do a screen shot of expanded versions please.

It's control center, number 7

Update the remaining drivers with Intel assistant, then install the management driver, that should be it.

I think you will have to phone PCS and speak to someone there to see what the normal parameters are for fan speed.

Out of interest if you put Maximum setting does it go to 100%. Also, can you select Manual where it says Automatic?

Is this perhaps the setting screen to set your own settings for each of the categories but they are all currently set to the same.

Can you select Manual and then move that slider and see if that speeds up / slows down the fan settings?

Yes, it goes to 100%, I only have automatic and maximum, when I clink in the arrow it allow me to increase the fan speed.

So is this actually the settings page enabling you to set up the profiles for those categories (Performance, Entertainment, Power Saving and Quiet) ?

Perhaps there are no defaults set for each of those settings or you need to restore defaults somewhere (sometimes a button - sorry I dont have Control Center like yours to see).

no, it will just increase the fan speed for all profiles, i.e: if I put 20% it wil go to 35% + 20% total 55% fan speed

At 4% load it shouldn't be at 50c, that's far too high IMHO.

Should add, totally agree with @Bhuna50, give PCS a call.

There's a possibility that the automatically installed control center isn't compatible, they're reliant on the BIOS, and each SI can have their own unique BIOS, so it's possible that's not working properly, but the fact it autoinstalled is odd and suggests that's by design.

Also a possibility of a bad paste job, or that the heatsink isn't sitting properly. But PCS can advise you further.
