Fans making too much noise when gaming

I was wondering why my desktop tends to start over heating and the fan starts to get really noisy when I play certain games such as cyberpunk or warzone. The back of the desktop where the display port is plugged into / where my graphics card is located begins to heat up very quickly.
I'll post my specs below, any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. My PC is about 4-5 months old. Sometimes the noise flat out isn't there and other times like today when I was running Doom on ultra settings it sounded like a leaf blower. Any advice or help on the topic would be very much appreciated :)
