Fans max speed constantly

My PC got delivered today and I noticed when I powered it on the rear exhaust fan was spinning very fast and audibly, I'm not sure if this is a setting that I need to look around for and change or if this is something I even need to care about, I've never really had a brand new PC that someone hadn't used before.

This is what shows up in ICUE, I haven't downloaded any other apps like HWmonitor yet.

On your issue. I believe it'll be the fan being set to the wrong setting in the BIOS or fan control. It's possibly in DC mode over PWM. I'm not at all familiar with the X570 BIOS menu though so @Martinr36 will have you covered better :)

The BSOD Doctor
In addition to what @Scott has said, a brand new Windows installation has a considerable amount of configuring to do in the first few hours (days?) of use. The disk indexer will index all your drives for example (and you have some big capacity drives in there), and these config processes can use a big chunk of CPU and thus generate a fair bit of heat.

If there is nothing in the BIOS settings as @Scott suggests then see whether things calm down after a few days when the Windows config processes have completed. :)

I’ll check it out tonight when I get home thanks for the tips.

Booted it up tonight seems to running a lot quieter now, I assume it was just the first time boot and loading everything.

Also, exactly what fans do you have control of through icue
I realised now looking inside properly icue would be controlling my 360mm rad and the 3 fans in the case, so that wouldn't even affect the rear fan.
