Far cry 3 FPS?

Hi,
Just asking what other people were getting? I'm hitting 40fps which isn't great but gameplay is fine.

I'm running:

Vortex III
Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Mobile Processor i7-3610QM (2.30GHz) 6MB
Memory (RAM) 16GB SAMSUNG 1600MHz SODIMM DDR3 MEMORY
Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 680M - 4.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 11

is that to low?!

Had 50-60 on max details with v sync on.You have my specs in my signature.

I stay at 60 using Nvidia suggested optimal settings and adaptive vsync

Makes me even happier I'm hitting around 45-40 so I'm now very happy with that.
