Hello there guys,

Just a heads up
Due to certain circumstances outside PC Specialist's control all Fast Track Options and expedited builds have been temporarily disabled from the website. With immediate effect.

We expect this to last for a few weeks, but I will try to keep you in the loop.

If my crystal ball is accurate we should have them back... for a last push before the Christmas orders start getting taken and the fast track gets removed

Keynes wanted to order another PC?

No he's probably anticipating the mass of threads calling PCS the worst company in the world because they can no longer get a PC in 3-5 working days :D And let's wait for the "THE AVEREGE IS 10-12 WURKIN DAYS AN IM STIL IN PREPRODOCTION ON MY 9TH, I WANT MY MUNNY BAK" posts.

Dang, I was planning on ordering my PC this weekend, with the £1100 I saved up I was planning on getting it before my birthday (26th). Looks like you guys are very busy! Thanks for letting us know!

Regards

Howdo,
Nice to get an update ;)
Can we read into this (fast track disabled) that our orders (600142) currently 'in build' can expect slight delays? Is there normally a bit of a queue of devices waiting to be 'tested'? Not sure how many they can test at once.

Waiting is a killer eh.! Lol

This will not delay any orders currently in production it just means that any new orders do not get the option of ordering a fast track.

Fast track options are currently appearing in the configurator (at least for laptops), does this mean that they are available again?

If I order a laptop tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) and choose standard build time and standard delivery, would you say it more likely than not that I'll take delivery before the end of the month?

I thi9nk the fast track option was taken away close to Christmas time but is now back for all (I think) orders. I don't know what their lead times are but PCS has said in another post that they are usually busy early in the year. If you want a response quickly, give PCS a call and ask them :)
