Hi,

I work from home, Running a 2014 - PCS 4790k /Z97A/ 16gb DDR3 /SSD + RTX 2060 (32in monitor at 4k + 1 24in) - all ok still...!

the below is for a second PC for a new office and will sometimes work from home or in the office...software mainly CAD/ Photoshop/Indesign/Lightroom/Acrobat/Bluebeam/Sketch up/TwinMotion/Office/Streaming...

so trying to get the best bang for the buck as efficient/cost-effective/ future proof as possible, also trying to get as much speed overall keeping the budget to the minimum...

Not sure about the case...

Ram not sure the frequency gives any benefit? - 16gb is ok for me, can add another 16gb when budget allows...

Went for this FIRECUDA as the main OS drive as will be fastests? - I use one drive (about 750mb) to sync between my systems...and think can only be on the C drive...?

Cooling - have seen a few youtube

saying the standard AMD cooler (wraith prism?) is fine and the additional cost for coolers isn't worth the money...?

As I understand it if you already have a Windows license you don't need additional?

Haven't decided on the graphics card, I have a standard RTX 2060 (which I found new on eBay for a steal) and seems to be fine for my needs...would probably go just above that if anything.

First, you didn't mention an actual budget ceiling so I have assumed some leeway...we can always amend as necessary. This is what I'd recommend for your uses:

my doubt is that my 'intensive work' is not that frequent...but want the Horsepower if required...- so wonder if the addtional cooling is worth the investment...put an extra £100 towards a graphics card might be better spent?
