Had my new machine for a few weeks and suddenly the Network socket and both USB3.0 ports have stopped working. It's a Asus P8Z68-V motherboard where these 3 ports are all together in the same block. I've tried getting the latest drivers from Asus website and re-installing and hasn't made any difference. Is there anything else to try or does it just mean that the motherboard is faulty?

until you have done a re-install it is hard to say wether it is the hardware or a software problem. However, the usb 3.0 controller is totally seperate from the network controller, so it is unlikely that they would all fail at the same time. It is therefore my guess that the issue is software related. But we will see after the re-install.
