So just looking for a little advice on my finance I took out, I took out the order on my laptop on Processed 07-05-2014
If I want to pay it off within the 12 month period do I have to settle the remainder balance on 07-04-15, how do I settle the balance is it a call to pcs? Any advice

It should say on your finance agreement the date at which it was agreed, and I suspect it will state the early repayment date.
The finance agreement is with Hitachi Capital, PCS don't actually have anything to do with the finance aspect of it, when you want to pay the finance agreement off, you will have to go through Hitachi, I believe you will be able to phone them or use their website to pay of the agreement. - details should be in your agreement.
