First build how will it do?

This is my first build and I want to see if it will last for a long time (about 5-10 years) and if it will get over 60 FPS on games like Minecraft, BF4 and Assassins Creed Black Flag. This build is for £809 inc VAT and delivery also I have an OS so it is not included in the price. It also comes with Assasins Creed Black Flag for free!

I5-4670 (no -k) and a better CPU cooler. You could also consider a caviar black as the main drive.
