First Gaming PC

I am looking to configure a gaming pc capable of 4K at a steady FPS. It will be paired with an ASUS TUF VG28UQL1A monitor. My budget is around £4k. If someone could take a look at the spec below and see if you think it will be sufficient that would be great. I am also wanting to know if the number of fans will be sufficient to keep it cool - don’t want to fry the components!

If anything I think you're over-spending. We can save you several hundred quid by not buying components you don't need (e.g. the 7800X3D outperforms the 7950X3D in pure gaming scenarios; the Crosshair motherboard is entirely pointless for gaming), and we can end up with overall better performance.

Note that I've gone from the iCue config tool to the standard one -- you can buy all the same parts, except now you can also have the RGB DDR5-6000 memory that you can't on the iCue config tool. So this also has more iCue, oddly.

Case
CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB MID TOWER GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.0GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5) The best gaming CPU
Motherboard

ASUS® ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI (AM5, DDR5, PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 6E) Honestly still significant overkill, but only £40 more than the Tuf and it's a fabulous board
Memory (RAM)

32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 is the sweet spot for Ryzen still
Graphics Card

24GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4090 - HDMI, DP
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SOLIDIGM P44 PRO GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 7000MB/sR, 6500MB/sW) Boot drive
1st M.2 SSD Drive

2TB SOLIDIGM P44 PRO GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 7000MB/sR, 6500MB/sW) Separate drive for games
Power Supply

CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ - MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD, ULTRA QUIET There's a possible argument to be made for 1200W -- it's not necessary, but it might not be the worst idea in the world...
Power Cable

1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
CORSAIR ICUE LINK H150i RGB HIGH PERFORMANCE CPU COOLER Massive overkill, but very pretty
Thermal Paste

STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Extra Case Fans
3 x Corsair ICUE LINK QX120 RGB PWM Fan + Controller Kit Unnecessary to keep the system cool, but will look very pretty
Sound Card

ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)

Which option does the iCue config tool come under?
I'm confused by what you're asking.

You went to a specific configuration tool for iCue-based systems, which I think is accessible from here:

It's just less choice than the regular configuration tool, with all-Corsair options. If you go to the regular configuration tool, as I did for the spec above, you get more flexibility and more choice. You can actually spec precisely the same system if you want to.

Does that answer your question?
