First Time Building PC - Would Greatly Appreciate Recommendations

Hello Forum,
I've been using laptops for editing and streaming for a few years, but I'm wanting to make the jump to a proper PC. But I'm not technically minded and I've never built a PC before.
I'll primarily be using it for freelance editing work; editing on VEGAS and Adobe but not in 4K. Highest Resolution will be 1920x1080.
I'd like to game on Steam or Capture Card while also streaming on OBS. I'd also like to livestream while editing. Basically, I want to prioritise multi-tasking and performance.
The more USB-ports the better, I plan to use a 2nd monitor, Wi-Fi and Wired internet with Windows 11. Minimum 1TB of internal storage. No desire (or knowledge) to overclock.
A budget of £2,500 maximum.
I'd greatly appreciate any advice on what to prioritise with this potential build.

Hiya, that's a healthy budget, but will vastly outperform your 1080p screen. 1080p is really a very poor resolution these days and should be avoided at all costs except when it's an extremely low budget.

But at your budget, we could factor in a really good 1440p system and then a top tier 1440p or ultrawide screen to go along with it.

Then you can use your 1080p screen as a secondary.

This would be an option for 1440p

Thanks so much for putting this together. Just a quick question (like I said, I'm not technically minded), this build has no Wireless Network Card. Does that mean I wouldn't be able to get Wi-Fi without adding one?
Also, I'm definitely considering adding a Capture Card to the build as well.

It has wifi on the board.

I'm not really smarted up on capture cards, I think @CountingDown knows them better?
